I'm a woman and worried about the intensity of the workout. Are the workouts different for women than for men?

Glove Game's boxing trainers will work with you to design a program that is best for your level of fitness and the goals you want to achieve. They look at everyone on an individual basis. Whether you're a woman, man, child or senior, you'll get a personal workout that's tailored for you.

I don't have a lot of time to exercise. Is it really possible to get a full workout in 30 minutes?

A Glove Game workout is one of the most efficient workouts you'll experience. The average person will burn about 500 calories during the workout. The same 30-minutes will only burn 150 calories for walking, 180 for low impact aerobics, 290 for jogging, 290 for tennis, 250 for swimming laps, 330 on a stair-stepper and 220 for hiking.

How often do I need to work with my boxing trainer to get into shape?

Two 30-minute sessions a week will set you on the path to accomplishing your fitness goals.

One hour of boxing a week will replace hours at the gym!

Do I need to wear any special clothing, and do I need to buy boxing gloves?

Wear what you would normally wear to workout. Glove Game will provide the boxing gloves.
