Your Workout

A typical 30 minute workout will include:

  • Warm-up – 3 minutes of cardio and stretching.
  • Technique – your coach will work with you on proper stance, footwork and combinations.
  • Punching drills – spend 2 - 3 rounds putting it all together. Our clients enjoy this part of the program the most.
  • Wrap up and cool down – combines cardio cool down with strength, core and stretching exercises.

We build our success on the knowledge, experience and skills of our trainers. Although you may never desire to fight professionally, with our workouts you will have the stamina and strength to really fight. All you need is the desire and determination.

You will practice the very same moves that our pro fighters practice in Glove Game Boxing everyday. Our trainers will teach you how to commit, dedicate and focus yourself to the sport and to your body.
